Hello, and welcome to Qubit Finance, a website-hosted user interface (the “Site”) provided by Mound International Ltd. The Site provides access to a decentralized protocol on the Binance Smart Chain that allows suppliers and borrowers of certain digital assets to participate in autonomous interest rate markets (“Qubit Finance”).

This Terms of Use Agreement (this “Agreement”) you see below are important because it, among other things:

• Outline your legal rights on Qubit

• Explain the rights you give to us when you use the Site

• Describe the rules everyone needs to follow when using the Site

• Contain disclaimer, waiver on jury trial and class action and an agreement on how to resolve any disputes that may arise

This Terms of Use apply to you (“You”) as a user of the Site and Qubit front-end, including all the products, services, tools and information made available on the Site. Accordingly, you must read this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy and any other terms referred to in this Agreement, carefully before using the Site. In this Agreement, “Qubit”, “we” and “us” refers to Mound International Ltd.
